How To Order

Orders may be placed by email, phone or in writing. Please indicate the title, issue number (or date if appropriate), grade and price of the item(s) you want. Please note that for mail order there is also a charge for postage and packing (see below).

We accept payment by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) direct to us, via Paypal (see below) or by cheques or postal orders made payable to 30th Century Comics.

There is no minimum order value, but please note that for any order less than £10 (not including postage and packing), there will be an additional £1 fee to cover banking charges.

Whilst we make every effort to keep the site catalogue listings as up to date as possible, inevitably there will be occasions when an item has already been sold. You are therefore strongly advised to check with us for the availability of items before sending payment. You will also need to contact us to get a quote for postage and packing charges (see below). Comics may be reserved for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of payment.

If you see something you want, we strongly suggest you contact us right away. Many items sell very quickly as soon as we list them.

Time Payment Scheme

We will consider spreading the cost of any order in excess of £100 over a number of instalments to suit your individual budget. If this is of interest to you, please contact us to discuss an arrangement.

Payment via Paypal

Payment may be made online via Paypal to our email address: sales@30thcenturycomics.co.uk. If you choose to pay by this method, it is essential that you contact us BEFORE making payment to ensure the item(s) you want is/are available. We will then confirm the amount to pay including appropriate postage and packing charges.

Postage & Packing

We post to anywhere in the world. All our packages are sent with full insurance cover. All orders outside the UK are sent by air.

We charge the actual cost of postage plus a small fee (usually less than £1) for packaging materials.

When you place an order by email or phone, we will give you a postage quote. If you want to send an order in by post, either contact us before sending payment for a postage quote or send your order and we'll contact you and tell you how much to send including postage.

Packages are sent by Royal Mail, by a delivery method at our discretion depending on weight, size and value. We despatch packages as soon as possible following payment, usually within a day or two.

All our British and American comics are sold in comic bags; all vintage issues (and an increasing number of modern issues) are additionally sold and packaged with backing boards. We package everything securely in boxes or padded envelopes with protective boarding to ensure there is no damage in transit.
